Forming a group is not easy if you are from 11 countries. Thank to our facilitators we can call this day a success. First part of our sunny day was about getting to know each others name with icebreakers, later on we get involved into the bigger picture of NGO communication and Youth In Action Programs. It was not just a plain presentation, it was more, sharing experiences always works and motivate better. The "prison game" just made us realise that we have to focus more on the group instead individuals. Confrontations and real time negotiations just made us more aware that this week will be definitely useful for our future NGO work. This Experience was overwhelming!
