this IS EVALUATION
The training is almost over. When I started my journey towards Romania and Paulesti it seemed to be so long. But now at the end of it I wish I could remain few days. I really regret the fact that I could not visit Bucuresti. I read about it on the internet and I dipped also into the book I found on my bed table in the room and it seems to gather history & fun.
In evaluating the Training Course there were used some interesting methods, by far my favorite one is the spoon water. Just few bad drops of water were spilled for the food, but the 2 fully loaded bottles compensated with positive feedback. The organizing team offered us a great lesson of communication during this days, being able to respect our wishes and form an amazing group by using energizers informal exercises and workshops. They certainly managed to make communication easier for me.
I know now, new tools to help my NGO, I can talk about it and make our projects heard, involve more volunteers in our Communication work and develop a long term strategy to promote ourselves and I know about Romania, I know that they eat sarmale and mamaliga, that are so tasty (we had the pleasure to eat them during the Romanian Cultural night).
I have to thank Youth in Action for this occasion. It is a great opportunity to learn by seeing and all 22 participants plus the organizing Romanian team had a lot of things to share and give. I have to thank for the knowledge and the great memories I am adding to my luggage.
You all have a safe trip back home!
